Our legal commitments in sustainability are:

In the promotion of the conservation of the Natural and Cultural Heritage, we use tourism as the main means of disseminating correct environmental criteria, giving full recognition to the wealth of the Heritage of our country which we constantly promote. Therefore we are governed by the laws, 103 of 1991 on the prevention of the illicit traffic of cultural goods, and its decree 904 of 1941, law 397 of 1997 and its decree 833 of 2002, law 1185 of 2008.

In the protection of our children, we work in the prevention of CSEC (commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents), promoting together with the Public and Private entities campaigns focused on the prevention of this scourge, denouncing possible cases according to the current legislation. We also inform suppliers through e-mail announcements about the commitment to prevent trade and sexual exploitation with minors through tourism. (Law 679 of 2001).

We work jointly with the respective national entities for cultural and patrimonial protection.

We have a system to responsibly manage information about attractions and activities related to the Cultural Heritage of the Country and the promotion of your visit. In our commitment to environmental, socio-cultural and national economic sustainability, we take shelter with the SECTORIAL TECHNICAL STANDARD NTS TS 003 of 2007 established by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, as a mechanism of institutional support in our responsible tourism practices.
