Consequently, prices may be subject to changes, variations or modifications, without prior notice, as a consequence of the variables determined by market agents, such as exchange rates, rates, taxes, contributions. Air Ticket:

Travel documents required:

• Travel the World Web / Nickisix 360 S.A.S. will not be responsible for legal issues or other inconveniences in which the user may be involved, including immigration issues, investigations or requests from authorities. In the event that the user is forced to withdraw from the trip for such reasons, Travel Through The World Web / Nickisix 360 S.A.S. will not assume responsibility for the personal expenses incurred by the passenger.

• Travel the World Web / Nickisix 360 S.A.S. does not assume any responsibility towards the user or traveler for the air transport service, except in the case of chartered flights and in accordance with the provisions of the transportation contract. The provision of such service is governed by the legal rules applicable to the air transport service. Events such as delays or unforeseen changes in the schedules of flights arranged by the airlines, user rights and procedures to make effective the returns of money to which these events give rise, will be governed by the pertinent legal provisions and in particular by those contained in the Colombian Aeronautical Regulation (RAC).

WITHDRAWAL: In cases of air transport pursuant to article 1878 of the Commercial Code, the passenger may withdraw from the trip before its initiation, giving notice to the carrier or the travel agency at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the realization of the flight. In these cases, the transporter or travel agency may retain a sum of money, in accordance with what is regulated in this numeral.
